StageCall ("we", "our", or "us") operates the StageCall mobile application and web service. This policy explains how we handle information when you use StageCall.
Information We Collect
Performers (app users):
- Display name and PayPal/Venmo usernames you enter in Settings
- Song library and setlist data stored locally on your device
- Session activity (songs played, requests received, audience count) stored in Firebase Realtime Database for analytics
- Device identifier (used to associate your Stripe account with your sessions)
Audience (web users):
- Song requests you submit (title, artist, your name if provided)
- Votes you cast during a session
- Tip tap events (amount and method — not payment details)
How We Use Your Information
- To power live session features — requests, voting, now playing, setlists
- To display analytics to performers about their sessions
- To connect performers with audience members during a live show
- To process tips via Stripe (payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see card numbers)
Third-Party Services
StageCall uses the following third-party services:
- Firebase (Google) — Realtime Database for live session sync and Cloud Functions for payment processing. Firebase Privacy Policy

- Apple StoreKit — Subscription management for StageCall Pro
Data Retention
Session data (requests, votes, setlists) is stored in Firebase and associated with your session code. Sessions are marked inactive when ended. Song library and settings data is stored locally on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
Children's Privacy
StageCall is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Since most data is tied to anonymous session codes, deleting the app removes all locally stored data immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
